I used the xl raw peanuts last year for my Peanut Brittle and they were outstanding. I made 65+ pounds of Brittle to hand out to friends, Family and co-workers. Only empty hands came back wanting mor… Full review by Kenneth Ray Fitzgerald
We take our super extra large blanched peanuts, boil them in water for around 10 minutes, let them drip dry for a few minutes and then deep fry them...
