The walled section next to the car park has a lot of wide gapped wooden slats. There are around 129 dog friendly CADW sites in North Wales. All the unmanned ones you can take a dog and several Castles. Google dog friendly Castles in North Wales for a list.

It is a very limited area in total. Heavy rain and covid stopped us going up or down( a few steps) it is very well organised and entry cheap but not a lot to see or do
