You just walk into the ticket office, which is right on the property, then queue to get into the inner courtyard area and there's another booth where you can get the audio sets, which are free, and you do not have to lose your place in the queue. No pre-reservation required unless you are planning on going at a particularly busy time. The tickets are fairly expensive.
