No entrance fee and it's totally open to public. Time to climb up really depends on how fast and steady your pace is. It took me around 20 minutes to reach the view deck as i made a lot of stops on my way up. Make sure to climb all the way up the view deck as the view up there is amazing.

Mt. Tapyas is open to the public 24/7. No entrance fee needed. It serve as recreational activity in the area. But one must bring hydration if plan to go there. Advise to be there early in the morning to see sunrise and to explore farther. It is also good to go there at night, the pathway is well lighted by solar lamps but you cannot explore the hill side of the area because its not lighted.
