The retailer is to expand its offer by relocating within Liverpool’s New Mersey Shopping Park, while it will also open a 12,600 sq ft outlet store at Warrington’s Riverside Retail Park.
Demand for office space in Liverpool city centre rose 12.5 per cent in 2024 following a rise in the total number of deals, and an increase in the average size for each transaction.
Deals for 318,500 sq ft were completed in 2024, up 12.5% on the 283,000 sq ft transacted in 2023, said the Liverpool Office Agents Forum.
