Recently a horror artist, Trevor Henderson (The creator of the character Siren Head) had mentioned on Twitter how he'd love Siren Head to be in DbD and even gave an idea for a power. Since then, I've been thinking about a Siren Head Map, to be exact how to add his other monsters. Archived post.

I watched a video on YouTube where a person made fan-made chase music for Siren Head. And there was a comment with the fact that Trevor is not against adding Siren Head or his other monsters to the game and he can join BHVR to help them with lore, skins and so on.

The creator of Siren Head (Trevor Henderson) actually likes Dead by Daylight and thought up of an idea on how Siren Head would work in DBD.

Nov 26, 2020 · Trevor Henderson himself confirmed that Siren Head isn't a single creature, it's more of a species with various differences. Different 'mouths'/'heads', sizes, etc. Smaller, but still hunched.
