Jun 23, 2020 · Not exactly sure if this will help you, but here is the Service Manual for the American Professional Jaguar; page 5 shows the wiring with color coding for the leads - but it's for the American Professional wiring with the 4-way switch and the phase switch so I'm not sure how that would equate to a vintage Jaguar wiring.

Apr 8, 2024 · Rhythm runs 50k pots which make the sound really dark. Fender mandated that the neck pickup would be the only pickup on this circuit to further stick with the dark tone. Lead typically uses 1meg pots to get everything bright bright bright. Sorry for the dissertation, but I always get really excited about guitar wiring.

They were quite a bit more expensive than a Stratocaster, upwards of $400.00 vs around $300.00 for a strat. I wanted the Jag, but due to tight funds had to settle for the strat.
