as far as i know superflats with multiple biomes aren't possible in vanilla, but you can make custom superflat worlds with any biome or block. when you're selecting world types and you click on superflat, there's a button below it that says 'customize'. once you click on that you'll get an interface with 3 blocks (grass, dirt and bedrock). if ...

These types of biomes are typically tailored specifically for custom maps. Nothing natural or random about these except for the way they look in comparison to vanilla Minecraft.
