On 22 February 2011 the Christchurch earthquake claimed the lives of 185 people. Today I joined the people of Christchurch to pause and remember those lives lost, to look back at how far the city’s rebuild has come from that day, and to also look ahead with excitement to the future and all the possibilities it holds for them.
